Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Bernard Spencer Montgomerie and Stuart James Cunningham, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Whitewood Holdings Limited on the 9th day of December 2002 at 11.15 a.m., by order of the High Court at Hamilton, in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above-named company, please provide details to the liquidators forthwith.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the undersigned fixes the 15th day of January 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from the objecting to the distribution.
