Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were jointly and severally appointed liquidators of Georgia-Pacific NZ Company ("the company") on the 17th day of January 2003 at 10.00 a.m., by the sole shareholder of the company.
This is a liquidation of a solvent company.
On the 14th day of January 2003, the directors of the company resolved that upon the appointment of a liquidator, the company will be able to pay its debts and a copy of the resolution was delivered to the Registrar of Companies on the 14th day of January 2003.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 6th day of February 2003, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of
any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as
the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
