Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Armadillo Manufacturing Limited
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 21st day of July 2003, to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
