Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Gordon Ronald Lash, chartered accountant of Havelock North, was appointed liquidator of Waimanu Orchard Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of August 2003 at 9.40 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Make Claims/Establish Priority
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
Friday, the 22nd day of August 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
