Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named companies by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the 16th day of January 2003 at 10.00 a.m., the date and time that the liquidations commenced.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of the above-named companies, we fix the 28th day of February 2003, as the day on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
