Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 1st day of August 2003 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that J W Manks
& Co Limited be put into liquidation and that Roland Lawrence Sarten, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of August 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
A certificate, pursuant to section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, was signed by the directors on the 25th day of July 2003, certifying that in their opinion the company would, on the appointment of a liquidator, be able to pay its debts. The reason for their opinion is that the company has more assets than liabilities.
