Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Leslie Allen Foy and Richard Brian Burge were appointed joint and several liquidators of Jenneil Properties Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of July 2003 at 9.00 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix Thursday, the 21st day of August 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
