Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 29th day of July 2003, it was resolved by special resolution that Waiheke Binders Limited be liquidated and that Kevin R. Lewis, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of July 2003 at 9.00 a.m.
