Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Andrew Marchel Oorschot, give notice that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed liquidator of Pendarves Abalone Farm Limited by a resolution of the shareholders with effect from the 7th day of December 2002 at 12.00 midday.
