Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 7th day of January 2003 at 4.30 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Te Taumata Training Limited be liquidated and that Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountants of Tauranga, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of January 2003 at 4.30 p.m.
