Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 22nd day of July 2003 at 2.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that AM Trust No. 3 Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Woodward, of Southern Management Systems Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of July 2003 at 2.00 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator of the above-named company fixes the 22nd day of August 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims.
If they fail to make their claims by that date, they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
