On Thursday, the 24th day of July 2003 at 4.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Tangent Holdings Limited be put in liquidation and that David Bernard Robinson be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidator has fixed the 14th day of August 2003, as the last day for creditors to make a claim in accordance with section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim by that time will be excluded from any distribution of the company's assets.
