Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas McGregor Simpson, chartered accountant of McFarlane Hornsey Simpson Limited, was appointed liquidator of South Canterbury Aerial Topdressing Co-op Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of July 2003
at 10.00 a.m.
