Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Stewart Patrick Perkins, chartered accountant of Invercargill, was appointed liquidator of Transition Holdings Limited
by special resolution of the shareholders on the 14th day
of January 2003 at 10.00 a.m., the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
