Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 18th day of July 2003 at 5.00 p.m., it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders that the above-named company be placed into liquidation pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Katrina Wilgermein, of Wojcik & Wilgermein, Chartered Accountants, was appointed as liquidator.
The directors of the company have signed a certificate verifying the company's solvency at the date of liquidation.
