Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
On the 12th day of June 2003 at 8.30 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Bay Building Services Limited be liquidated and that Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant, and Kent Antony Robert Peters, insolvency practitioner, both of Tauranga, be appointed as joint and several liquidators.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is given that a meeting of creditors will be held by way of an assembly of creditors at Bureta Park Motor Inn, Vale Street, Otumoetai, Tauranga, on the 7th day of August 2003, commencing at 10.00 a.m.
Business
The business to be transacted at the meeting is:
(a) Consideration of a statement of the position of the company's affairs and list of creditors.
(b) Consider whether to appoint other liquidators in place of the present liquidators.
(c) Consideration whether to pass resolutions setting out views of creditors relating to the liquidation.
(d) Consideration of appointment of a liquidation committee and, if so, appoint members of
that committee.
