Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Kim Bennett, chartered accountant of Steve Bennett Associates, was appointed liquidator of Lodge At Matapouri Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of July 2003.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
