Pursuant to Section 241 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that it was resolved by special resolution on the 17th day of December 2002 at 2.00 p.m., that Yoon Yoo International NZ Limited be liquidated
and James Corke, chartered accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of December 2002 at 2.00 p.m.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 31st day of January 2003, as the day before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
