Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above named company commenced on the 30th day of
June 2003 at 12.00 midday, when the shareholders of the company resolved as a special resolution, pursuant to section 106 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, to put the company into liquidation and to appoint Glen Eric Hunter as liquidator pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
