Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Leah L. Watson and Stephen
A. Rundle, chartered accountants of BDO Spicers, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Terrace Ward Properties Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of July 2003 at 11.00 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 20th day of August 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
