Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 9th day of July 2003 at 11.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Detech Apparel Limited be liquidated and that Brenda Pennycuick, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of July 2003 at 11.00 a.m.
