Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that I, Max Leonard Whittington, chartered accountant of Auckland, have been appointed as liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The date of commencement of the liquidation was the 23rd day of June 2003 at 9.00 a.m.
