Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The Companies Act 1993
On the 26th day of June 2003, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that David Neville Cooke and Laughlin Glenn Keaney, chartered accountants of Tauranga, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidations commenced on the 26th day of June 2003 at the following times: Airport Oaks Accident & Medical Centre Limited at 4.00 p.m., Accident & Medical Centre
(Ti Rakau) Limited at 4.01 p.m., Accident & Medical Clinic (Chartwell) Limited at 4.02 p.m., Kapiti Coast Accident
and Medical Centre Limited at 4.03 p.m., Accident and Medical Clinic Linwood Care Limited at 4.04 p.m., Accident and Medical Clinic Riccarton Care Limited at 4.05 p.m. and Care Clinics Limited at 4.06 p.m.
Pursuant to section 255 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator has determined that no creditors' meeting will be called as having regard to the assets and liabilities of
the companies, the likely result of the liquidation of the companies and other relevant matters, there is no need for a meeting to be held.
Accordingly, unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator within 10 working days after receiving this notice that a meeting is required, no meeting will be called.
