Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 25th day of June 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Murray Kirk Brown, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of June 2003 at 11.00 a.m.
