Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that Grant Robert Graham and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above named company on the 26th day of June 2003 at 5.00 p.m., in accordance with section 283 (2)
of the Companies Act 1993.
Previously, Gerard Hulst & Associates had been appointed joint and several liquidators by order of the High Court, Auckland, on the 8th day of May 2003, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above-named company, please provide details to the liquidators forthwith.
