Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Excalibur Communications Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of June 2003 at 2.00 p.m., Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company's minute book.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of June 2003.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidator fixes the 1st day of August 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made
or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
