Public Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 24th day of March 2003, it was resolved by creditors' resolution, pursuant to section 243 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, that Stephen Kim Bennett, chartered accountant of Steve Bennett Associates, Whangarei, be appointed liquidator in substitution to J. G. Cornes and
D. J. Gray, who were released from their duties effective from the date of this appointment.
The appointment took effect from the 9th day of May 2003 commencing at 1.30 p.m.
