Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 20th day of June 2003 at 11.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Veritys Meat Market Limited be liquidated and that Graeme Noel Dellow, chartered accountant of Timaru, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of June 2003 at 11.00 a.m.
