Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On the 12th day of June 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that A J Bull and Associates Limited be liquidated and that Gordon L. Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of June 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 22nd day of July 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
