Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of June 2003
at 1.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Forfar Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Gary Noel Hitchcock, chartered accountant of Horwath Porter Wigglesworth Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
