Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Richard Grant Simpson and Ronald Walton, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of MK International Limited on the 11th day of June 2003 at 11.00 a.m., by special resolution of the shareholders of the company at which time the liquidation commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 1st day of July 2003, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
