Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Stonehaven Construction Limited
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 on the 27th day of May 2003, to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of May 2003
at 11.30 a.m.
