Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Teihe Contracting Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 on the 29th day of April 2003, to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of April 2003
at 7.54 p.m.
