Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 4th day of June 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that United Motors 1982 Limited be liquidated and that John Ivan Farac, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of June 2003 at 11.00 a.m.
