at 4.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that DFW Limited be liquidated and that Eric
J. O'Sullivan, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
