Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 4th day of June 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Monitored Alarm Systems Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Frederick McCullough, of Pritchard McCullough, Chartered Accountants, Lower Hutt, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of June 2003 at
3.00 p.m.
