Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, David Murray Blanchett and Peter Ross McLean, of Hamilton, were appointed joint
and several liquidators of Eastern Bay Forestry Contractors Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of May 2003 at 9.50 a.m.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 27th day of June 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
