Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 21st day of May 2003 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by resolution of the shareholder that the above named company be placed into liquidation pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Malcolm Innes-Jones and Jonathan Wilgermein, of BDO Spicers, Chartered Accountants, were appointed as joint liquidators.
The director of the company has signed a certificate verifying the company's solvency at the date of liquidation.
