Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Simon Maurice Speedy, chartered accountant of Brown Webb Richardson Limited, was appointed liquidator of Haupouri Station Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of April 2003 at 3.00 p.m.
