Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 28th day of May 2003 at 11.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Brent Foster Holdings Limited be liquidated and that John Cragg, registered tax practitioner of Blenheim, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of May 2003 at 11.00 a.m.
