Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 29th day of May 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Lotzachox Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Frederick McCullough, of Pritchard McCullough, Chartered Accountants of Lower Hutt, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of May 2003
at 3.00 p.m.
