I, John Francis Managh, insolvency specialist of Napier, hereby give notice that, by order of the High Court, Palmerston North, on the 26th day of May 2003, pursuant
to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed liquidator of Polstar Holdings Limited.
Pursuant to section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, creditors are invited to file proofs of debt in the liquidation.
Proofs are to be received by the liquidator no later than the 23rd day of June 2003, as failure to prove by that date may lead to late claims being excluded from any distribution.
