Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Christopher Adrian Walker and Mark Ian Clapson, chartered accountants of Walker & Co Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of
N J & K P McArthur Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of May 2003
at 9.19 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
