Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
David Leslie Pearson, chartered accountant of Te Horo,
was appointed as liquidator of New Harmony Limited
(in liquidation) by special resolution of its shareholders under section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
("the Act").
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of December 2002 at 10.30 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims/Establish Priority
The liquidator fixes the 16th day of January 2003, as the day on or before which any creditors of the company must make their claims and establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
