Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 26th day of May 2003 at 9.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that P & C Cook Properties Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Graham John Skipper of Skipper Lay & Associates Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of May 2003 at 9.00 a.m.
