Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency and in accordance with section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 23rd day of May 2003 at 2.00 p.m., appointed Stephen Rex Tietjens and Andrew John McKay, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company.
The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 11th day of June 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
