Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 20th day of May 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Stately Pleasure Dome Manufacturers Limited be liquidated and that John Farr Hoggard, solicitor of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of May 2003 at 10.00 a.m. New Zealand Time.
