95 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, on the 29th day of January 2003 at 10.30 a.m. for Te Iwi Moriori Trust
Board (in liquidation) and at 1.00 p.m. for Moriori Tchakat Henu Association of Rekohu Trust (in liquidation).
Agenda
To consider:
1. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed.
2. Resolutions expressing the views of creditors.
3. Whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 27th day of January 2003, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
