On the 12th day of May 2003 at 11.05 a.m., the shareholders of Southern Chilled Express Limited passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator of the company.
Creditors should file claims by the 31st day of July 2003.
