Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The above-named solvent company was placed into liquidation on 31st day of March 2003 at 2.05 p.m., appointing Bernard Spencer Montgomerie and Stuart James Cunningham as joint and several liquidators.
Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company from the Register
Pursuant to Sections 318 and 320 of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act")
Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove Tele Pos NZ Limited ("the company"), whose registered office is situated at care of Montgomerie & Associates, Level Twenty-seven, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland, from the Register of Companies by request, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Act, on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with the Act.
Unless, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, written objection to the removal is delivered to the Register within 20 working days of the date of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 3rd day of June 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
